| Chesco Fireboard first dispatched this fire as an alarm. P/D arrived on scene within minutes and reported heavy smoke showing. The dispatch was then upgraded to a working bldg fire. All hands were in svc with fire to the rear in the kitchen area and duct work. Chesco companies 02, 68 & 04 for the R.I.T., Delco-15 & Montco-47 were all on scene. The fire was brought under control within the first 20 minute mark. The restaurant is located in the Gateway shopping center, which suffered a huge multi alarm fire approx 10 yrs ago. |
