| Fire Companies were dispatched for the dwelling fire at approx 04:35 am. Arriving units found the back extension of the home fully involved with extension into the main house. Companies lead off with two, 2-1/2 inch water lines but were not making any progress. The fire fight took on an exterior attack, with multiple handlines, a deck gun and ladder pipe in svc. 3, 5" supply lines were used. 2 of those went to Quint-3 to supply the ladder pipe and hand lines. Companies operated o/s for more than 8 hrs. All 5 Haverford Twp Companies operated on scene. |
