| At 04:45am, the dispatch went out for the dwelling fire with entrapment. P/d arrived on scene confirming a working fire with a resident hanging out a 3rd floor window. P/D aquired a little giant ladder and rescued the resident from the 3rd floor. Fire companies arrived to heavy fire 1st floor rear with heavy smoke through out. Crews went in svc with 4 handlines and brought the fire under control in short time. 4 dogs were pulled from the bldg by Mac, the 3 dogs pictured survived. The fire is being investigated by M-8 Upper Darby Fire Marshall Dan Lanni.
