Fatal Restaurant fire in New Castle County De.  | | A-22 called communications and reported smoke showing. The box was struck for 1430 North dupont Hwy at Ron's Place Restaurant. The working fire dispatch was struck and Cmd-28 reported heavy smoke showing with several subjects trapped. A second alarm was transmitted. It was VERY hard to get close to the scene as State Police had the area SHUT DOWN once it became a fatal.
