Lieutenant Kevin "Boltz" Collins, September 17, 2004  | | Kevin was tragically killed while swimming in the Atlantic Ocean. Kevin was representing the Highland Park Fire Company of Upper Darby, at the annual NJ State Firemans Convention. He was pulled under by a very strong current, and found 2 days later. Boltz was dedicated to the Fire Dept and to serving and helping people in his community.
