| The day was long. It started at station-26 at 7am. Ladder-26 a van from 36 and 4 cars left the station for Wildwood loaded. We met at the Jetty at 11am for a memorial service for Kevin Collins. Many friends, Family and Brother Firefighters were there.
After the memorial, everyone went their different ways until time for the parade. The weather was hot & I was shooting into the sun. The entertainment provided by many along the sidelines was was good and all in fun. I appreciate the hospitality I was shown by everyone there. It was a good day. |
